Biólogo com doutorado em Ecologia, atualmente sou Pesquisador Cientifico Pós-doutorado no Laboratório de Ecologia Teórica e Aplicada em Sistemas Aquáticos, na Escola de Artes, Ciências e Humanidades Universidade de São Paulo - USP. Busco entender quais fatores e estressores direcionam ou influenciam a montagem e estrutura de comunidades bem como a diversidade e a variação espacial entre comunidades, especialmente de ecossistemas aquáticos. Meus principais interesses são processos ecológicos, históricos e espaciais, direcionando estrutura e padrões de biodiversidade de ecossistemas na região neotropical.
Biologist with a PhD in Ecology, I am currently a Post-Doctoral Scientific Researcher at the Laboratory of Theoretical and Applied Ecology in Aquatic Systems, at the School of Arts, Sciences and Humanities University of São Paulo - USP. I seek to understand which factors and stressors direct or influence the assembly and structure of communities, as well as the diversity and spatial variation between communities, especially in aquatic ecosystems. My main interests are ecological, historical and spatial processes, directing the structure and patterns of biodiversity of ecosystems in the Neotropics.
